We manufacture our own products in our own Midland Factory.

These consist of short sleeve baby-grows or short sleeved t-shirts with tutus made from layers of dress-net. All our rhinestone designs are embellished by hand with lots of love. Payment

PAYMENT:

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal; however, we do accept credit and debit card payments.

For International payments we only accept PayPal. Prompt payments are very much appreciated

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 to 16:30, We will however answer any emails within 24 hours.

Shipping

SHIPPING:

We aim to post any item paid before 12:00 on the same day. Payments received for items after 12:00 will be dispatched the next working day.

If you purchase an item on a Friday after 12:00 it will not be dispatched until the following Monday as there is no collection of mail at the weekend.

For bulk orders please allow 10 working days for orders to be made and then dispatch.

We aim to keep our postage costs to a minimum, however, the cost that Royal Mail charge and their delivery timescale is out of our hands. 

We offer free postage service and estimated delivery is 3-6 working days.  If you require a speedier delivery option please change your postage option at checkout to SPECIAL NEXT DAY DELIVERY of which Royal Mail charge £8.75 for this service. 

Once your order has been paid for we are unable to change postage options 

We do give postage discounts for multiple purchase, but please ensure you combine your orders before you make a payment.

If you have already paid we cannot amend your invoice.

Orders over £25 will be sent out via Confirmation Delivery Tracked Mail. If your order has not been received within 10 working days please check with your local sorting office to see if they are holding this for you. as your order will not be left at the property if no one is home.

Of late it has been brought to my attention that Royal Mail do not always leave a card when trying to deliver. If your parcel is returned to us advising not called for we will contact you to see if you want the item re sending of which postage is payable.

If you want a refund for your purchase we will issue one minus the cost we incur to send out your parcel.

In the event that an item should go missing Royal Mail have advised they will investigate a claim only after 15 working days from the date of dispatch. After this time has elapsed we will claim against Royal Mail for the loss, and send out a replacement, or if the item has since sold out will refund your payment. In the first instance please check with your local sorting office or your neighbor.

Royal Mail are now engaging the services of Action Fraud, so should the item be delivered after you have been refunded please contact us straight away.

All sizes and measurements are approximate and we advise customers to consult the sizing chart on the listings when ordering.

Returns

RETURNS:

Most of our listings are made to order, so we are concerned should a customer want to return.  We are always here to help so please contact us straight away.

WE OFFER A 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE ON ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN UNOPENED, UNWORN AND RETURNED WITHIN THE 30 DAY PERIOD.  TAMPER TAGS MUST BE INTACT IF YOU WANT TO RETURN YOUR ITEM.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON MADE TO MEASURE, PERSONALIZED OR BESPOKE ITEMS - SO PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE PROVIDED US WITH THE CORRECT INFORMATION BEFORE COMMITTING TO PURCHASE.

When  returning your purchase can you please ensure that your order is returned in it's original packaging with all tags attached. Can you also ensure your item is packed in a way so that on receipt it can be resold. Please advise the reason for the return, your eBay user ID, along with the listing number. Failure to enclose these details will result in a delay in processing your refund.

Please ensure ALL of your purchase is enclosed I ask very polity that all returns are sent back in the new condition they were received so I can re-sell them. If an item is not returned in an 'as new' condition which cannot be resold, and According to Citizens advice: ........ but you do need to make sure it's packaged in a way that means it doesn't get damaged. Sellers can ask you to pay if something gets damaged because it wasn't packaged properly. The seller can also ask you to pay (or reduce your refund) if you've reduced the value of the item There are some goods you can't return if you simply change your mind, including: CDs, DVDs or software if you've broken the seal on the wrapping perishable and other items that deteriorate rapidly such as food and flowers tailor-made or personalized goods (including tutus made to order, personalized items with names ) underwear and earrings. 

We do not refund your return postage costs. On receipt of the returned items we will issue a refund within 14 working days. Again, we cannot emphasize enough the need to enclose your eBay USER ID and details this will cause a delay with the refund process.
