  • For Return, it has to be in original box and packing to accept return or exchange it. If lost packing and box, we can not accept return due to battery shipping requirement by freight company.
  • Batteries sulfation occurs when left uncharged for too long or not charged regularly on storage and the lead sulfates crystallize, and your battery can no longer accept a charge. In this case, you need to use pulse charger on repair mode or pulsing mode or charger it at 15V - 15.5V to fix it.  Repair mode in the smart charger recommended.
  • To avoid the risk of sulfation, fully recharge your battery following a discharge cycle. Make sure to have periodic charge cycles to keep your battery healthy.

    We offer 30 days return policy. Please contact us within 30 days from the date you receive your order if you have any issues with the product and would like to return

    • All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your eBay ID
    • We will refund YOUR FULL PURCHASED AMOUNT, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, AFTER BOTH Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction from eBay. OR, you may choose to have a replacement
