My jumbo yarns are all made from unspun merino sheep wool. They are very soft and brilliant for extreme knitting, a technique using giant needles and thick yarn to create high quality pieces like hats, scarves, cowls, snoods, pillowcases and throws. This jumbo yarn can be used for arm knitting and finger crochet. As well could be hand felting or machine washer felted.
This is 100% Merino Wool. 23 Microns - 64's Count.
PRICE IS FOR 100 GRAMS. It is the smallest amount you can order. For larger amounts there are no limits.
Normally each 100 g (0.22 lb) wool ball will be around 5 metres (5.47 yards) long.
Normally each 1kg (8.82 oz/ 2.2lb) wool ball will be around 50 metres (54 yards) long. As this varies from breed to breed, to be on the safe side you should work on plus or minus 5%.
Recommended needle size: 25-40 mm
1 stitch is approximately 2.55 cm, Stitches per inch: 3 inches
I try to accurately represent the true colors of the products but sometimes monitor settings can affect the appearance of these colors.
Soft cleaning is recommended.
