- Well, for starters, we have what we believe is one of the best return policies out there. eBay only allows us to specify returns for 60 days, but we will accept most returns of non-new releases, collectibles, guides, magazines, books, etc. for 180 days from purchase.
- If you're in our local area here in Hampton Roads, Virginia, we offer overnight delivery for about the same rate as regular ground shipping, usually cheaper.
- Whenever possible, we attempt to remove any pricing stickers and other stickers as well as marker and the like from all of our used items. Sometimes we will be unable to remove the sticker without destroying the item or parts of it. In that case, the sticker will be left on. For example, if a sticker is on the game's artwork, it is very difficult to remove it without destroying the artwork, so we will usually leave it on.
- We are run by gamers and our store is for you, the gamer. All employees are required to be active gamers. If we don't know about an item you're interested in, we'll do our best to find out more info for you. You don't have to worry about corporate suits who know nothing about gaming.
- We also offer pretty much every shipping service offered by FedEx, UPS, & USPS. If you don't see your preferred shipping service when purchasing an item, simply request an invoice and leave a comment about what service you want.
- We require signatures and insurance for expensive items ($100.00+), giving you peace of mind that your order won't be stolen off your porch or out of your mailbox if you're not home when it's delivered. This also helps protect your item(s) from weather related damage or other damage. In the event an expensive item or items is/are damaged, simply contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier and get you a replacement item or refund you in full.
- Also, as mentioned above we clean & test all used items whenever possible before shipping, unless otherwise indicated. Additionally, the items are also cleaned & tested when they are received in our inventory.
- All of our used items are guaranteed to be 100% authentic unless otherwise indicated. We generally do not usually sell reproductions. If by some chance an item you purchased from us turns out to not be 100% authentic and was described as being authentic, please contact us and we will refund you or find a suitable authentic replacement for you.

Payment Info
We generally require payment within 5 business days for all of our listings on eBay. This includes Buy It Now, Best Offer, and Auctions. Auction listings must be paid for by the highest bidder within 5 business days of the end of the auction.
Tax Info
Tidewater Games is an active registered LLC business located in Virginia and therefore is required by the state of Virginia to collect sales tax for all orders shipping to a Virginia address. The current VA sales tax rate is 6% as of March 2019. The 6% will be added on to your purchase price if you are having your order shipped to an address in Virginia.
Shipping Info
Tidewater Games tries to ship most orders within 48 hours (except on holidays). This item will be shipped bubble wrapped in a water-resistant & tear-resistant poly bubble mailer.
Shipping via USPS First Class is the default option for this item, however faster shipping is also available via USPS Priority Mail if you'd like to have it there sooner.
International shipping is available too, however, international customers are responsible for any/all import fees, duties, taxes, etc. at the time of delivery.
We do offer combined shipping as well! Simply add the items to your cart and then request an invoice from us and we'll send you back an invoice with the combined shipping rate for all the items you were wanting to purchase.
Returns Info
This item is eligible to be returned or exchanged within 180 days of your purchase.
To be eligible for a full refund to your method of payment it must be returned in its original packaging, original condition (i.e. brand new/sealed items must still be sealed, used items sold with boxes must include their box, etc.), and must be accompanied by the original receipt/packing slip. Returns/exchanges without a receipt/packing slip will not be accepted.
If you'd rather exchange your item for another item of equal or lesser value, you may do so, but it must still be returned within 180 days. The same condition rules stated above also apply for exchanges.
Please Note: It is your responsibility to ensure that your returned items arrive safely back to TWG. If your items are damaged in transit during your return, we will assess a 50% repair and replace fee that will be deducted from your refund.
If you have paid for insurance with the shipping carrier for your return, you will not be assessed this fee, provided you assist us in filing a claim with the carrier and the carrier approves the claim. Return insurance is not provided by TWG and is your responsibility to purchase when you go to ship your return, should you choose to do so. Unfortunately, if the shipping carrier denies your damage claim, you will have to pay the repair and replace fee stated above.
If you wish to purchase return insurance through a shipping carrier, you will also have to pay for the return shipping as our pre-paid labels do not include insurance. If you provide us with your shipping receipt, then upon receiving and verifying your return, we will refund your shipping cost (but not the insurance fee).
Please DO NOT return merchandise to TWG AFTER your return window has elapsed. We will not be able to return these items to you if you return them to us after the return window has closed. And you will not be refunded for these items. In addition, restocking fees may apply.
If you wish to return some or all of your order, please request a RMA number by contacting us. A pre-paid label will be provided for most orders (consoles, large accessories, large collector's editions, and any other items and/or a combination of items weighing 1 lb. or more are excluded).

Please note, TWG will not accept ANY return that does not include BOTH the receipt/packing slip AND your returns merchandise authorization (RMA) number/form. Once generated, your RMA number is valid for the return window specified in our policies above for the item(s) you wish to return.
If your return is not received within your return window, you may be subject to restocking fees and we may deny your return (see above for more info). As mentioned above, please don't try to make a return after your window has elapsed, as TWG is unable to return your items to you.
TWG reserves the right to change, modify, alter any/all of these return/refund policies as the need arises. The latest information about our returns/refunds policies can be found on our website.
