Nano gems are a new type of gemstone created especially for jewellery – a hybrid stone that is neither glass or synthetic crystal/mineral and with a high thermal shock resistance making it compatible with wax-casting methods. Colours are homogeneous i.e every stone is exactly the same.
The gemstones are synthesized at a temperature of 1700 °C
by combining special glass and synthetic crystal using a technique similar to
the hydrothermal process.
