Nikon BL-5 is a battery chamber cover that is used together with the MB-D12, MB-D17 or MB-D18 Multi-Power Battery Pack and enables the use of an EN-EL18 series rechargeable lithium-ion battery to power the specified camera.

It is compatible with the following models:

• D850 (use with MB-D18 together)
• D810 (use with MB-D12 together)
• D810A (use with MB-D12 together)
• D800 (use with MB-D12 together)
• D800E (use with MB-D12 together)
• D500 (use with MB-D17 together)
