Here for your consideration is a antique Chinese silver enamel lock necklace (late Qing/Republic period).  Features engraved work on both sides on the pendant with one side having what appears to be a figure riding a dragon and the other with fine engraved.  Above the lock is an open work double sided silver piece of a figure holding branches on either side.  Attached to the chain are four carved carnelian stones, four turquoise round stones, and six hollow silver beads.  To the left and right of the pendant  are two silver  enameled fish, each uniquely disigned with three carnelian stones dangling from the underside attached to a chain.  The rest of the necklace is composed of a silver chain with unusual links.  The pendant measures 2.5 inches wide by 1.75 inches in height with a depth of .30 inch.  The chain is 31 inches long.  Weighs in at 166 grams.  Please review the photos carefully as they are an important part of the description and ask questions.
