Fresh Seeds of Sisyrinchium bellum (Blue-Eyed Grass) with full instructions for germination.

Native to California and Oregon, this beautiful, semi-evergreen perennial has narrow, sword-shaped, blue-green leaves and strikingly bright, violet-blue flowers with deep yellow centres. 

After an exceptionally long flowering period from late winter to early summer, the plants die back to the ground and lie dormant from late summer, coming back into new growth again once the cooler seasons arrive.

Frost hardy to between -10°C to -15°C, and growing to approx 45 x 45 cm in size.
