Return Policy:

YSSER-STORE will exchange / return any merchandise as long as it has not been worn, washed, or used, and is in its original packaging with all tags attached (if it is applicable). You may have a refund of the purchase price of the item(s) as long as the merchandise is returned within 14 days of the original shipping date. We do not refund original shipping costs (if any). To return merchandise, please send us a return request through Ebay. We usually respond within a couple hours but please allow up to 1 business day for a response. We will send you a return authorization with return instructions. Important: Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost in transit or return shipping costs. We highly recommend adding insurance and tracking information to your package through a carrier such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS. We will process your return or exchange within 2 business days.

Defective / Incorrect Merchandise:
