This rare 1910s "Piccadilly" hinged litho tobacco tin, measuring 2 1/4" x 3 1/4" x 4 1/8" is in very good condition with one small rust spot on the bottom interior, one small crease and some. minor age related paint chips and scratches.  The hinge is in excellent working order.  There is a fragment of tax stamp.  This very attractive light blue tin lithography was designed and made by Hasker & Marcuse Manufacturing Company, Richmond, VA.  It features white and gold floral decoration and blue lettering outlined in black and gold which advertises the "Piccadilly" tobacco brand.  The tobacco was manufactured by the American Tobacco Company, Baltimore, MD in Factory 1, 28th District, NY.  Piccadilly tobacco came with a series of 20 "beautiful bather" collectible cards.
