This is a large new with tag 11.5" tall x 12" wide Frosty the Snowman's Black Velvet Top Hat with Red Velvet band, Green bow and iced Holly Berry sprig accent Christmas decoration. 
This listing is for one 11.5" tall Frosty the Snowman Black Velvet Top Hat.

These wonderful large Snowman Top Hat decorations are made from gorgeous Black Velvet fabric. They are well made with card board backing behind the velvet to hold their shape. 
The hats are hand assembled and carefully Mica glitter finished to give them a wonderful festive feel. (amount of glitter varies with each hat) Each hat has synthetic holly with berries and fir bough sprig at the brim, as well as sparkling mica glitter ice accents.
NOTE: The underside is solid flat fabric, so these are NOT wearable. These are for decoration only.
