Delivery
Your goods will be dispatched on clearance of funds. And will usually be delivered within 3 working days, we will advise you by email when your goods have left so please contact us if you don't receive them within 5 working days.
A signature is required for the delivery unless you have left special instructions for your item(s) to be left at an alternative location, please be aware this is done at your risk and we cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage.
You must report any damaged or missing goods within 48 hours of receipt.
Refunds, Returns or Warranty Claims
In the event of any warranty claim please contact us first to discuss the problem. If for any reason within 14 days you no longer require your item(s) you can return it at your cost for a refund minus our re-stocking fee of £7.50. The item(s) must be unused
