RETURN POLICY
* Buyer can cancel the purchase within 30days after receiving the item.
* Returned items must be unused, not altered in any way and in the same condition and as it was received by the buyer, including accessories such as cables, bolts, etc. Security marking must not be removed.
* Please inspect all received goods before signing to ensure the item has not been damaged in transit, especially if you see a damaged package. If the courier refuses to wait, simply write “DAMAGED” and do not sign . This is to ensure that if necessary, a claim can be made against the courier company. If goods prove to be damaged do not sign, write “DAMAGED” & contact us immediately.IT’S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE GOODS!!
In case if an item has been damaged in transit the photos will be requested and have to be send through Ebay messages. (Photos of damaged package and item).
Returned item will be inspected for our security marks, if these have been removed, then we won't be able to process the refund as we aren't able to establish if the returned item is the same one that was originally sent out.
