From 1947 a great gem. "The Pretender" This one stars Albert Dekker, Catherine Craig and Charles Drake. Alan Carney and Linda Stirling co -star in this Film Noir Crime Drama. A recommended title for all movie buffs.
SYNOPSIS: Kenneth Holden's (Dekker) business is failing so he decides to marry his legal ward,Claire Worthington (Craig), in order to get her money. One problem ...she is in love with a young doctor. Holdren hires a killer to eliminate his rival, but soon things begin to go wrong.
