Being offered is this Olympus Tapered Flex IV5C6X1-15 NTSC Inspection Videoscope that was surplussed from NASA, and has a sticker on the case for ISS Expedition 2, the second visit to the International Space Station.  Not sure what part this equipment played in that event.

Sold "as is" for it's collectable value.
