From full custom bikes we build in store, to vintage restorations, we can help take your biking experience to the next level. Payments

We accept debit and credit cards, PayPal and PayPal credit. Once payment has cleared PayPal we will start processing your order immediately. All sale items must be payed in full before sale ends to recieve the sale price.

Shipping

Clyde James Cycles ships from its store front and warehouse locations in California and New York. All orders normally ship within 1-2 days and occasionaly the order might take 3-5 days depending on shipment, information, customer and location. We ship via USPS Priority 1-3 mail and USPS First Class 2-9 Mail. We also offer FedEx Ground 1-3 day shipping for any complete bike purchases. Free shipping is for customers inside the Continental U.S only, we do not offer shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska. Customer pays for all return shipping.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Clyde James Cycles. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
