PROS:
- it's an amazing e-bike and the only reason I'm getting rid of it, is to upgrade. owned since January 2015, back when e-bikes were new. my baby.
- looks like a tank
- folds in half for easy storage
- great replacement for a car, you can strap 2/3 panniers to the sides of the rear carry rack and cart around groceries, take them off, put a saddle on the back, and you can cart around 2 people! fold it in half, carry it up to your apartment, and no more worrying about sketchy neighbors. lived like this for the past 5 years, no hassle
- easily mod-able
- 2 batteries included
- 2 chargers included
- no serious problem with the bike itself, still runs/drives like the day I bought it (with a working battery)
- cheaper than the refurbs on e-joe's website
CONS:
- disc brake rotors need replaced (cheap fix), front brake still works (you won't die), rear one needs rotor replacement (doesn't work, bent)
- rear carry rack damaged and fixed (tape), but could be replaced (cheap fix)
- the 2 lithium ion batteries included are shot, but can probably be jumped or fixed with a little know-how (???), that or try a rebuild service, or buy a new battery from e-joe's website!
- local pickup unless you want to pay through the nose for shipping
price adjusted to reflect this.
