This is a large round foil balloon. It reads "It's A Boy".   It is approx. 30".  The image is block letters that read "It's A Boy" on clouds.  This is a balloon by Anagram Balloon Co. and is in a sealed bag. 

These balloons are NOT inflated.  You will need to take them to have them filled with helium if you want them to float.
