The Floyd Rose Fat Brass L Shaped Block will add mass and sustain to your Floyd Rose tremolo bridge along with the tonal qualities of brass. Floyd Rose has managed to make use of the empty space normally below the tremolo arm by creating the L Shaped block to fill the space give the biggest upgrade to the sound possible. The sustain block will fit all Floyd Rose Original models and 6 string Pro series, 1000 series and Special series tremolo systems. Brass has been a much desired material for guitar luthiers dating back to the invention of the instrument; it is notorious for increasing warmth and clarity simultaneously. Since this block is larger than a conventional sustain block it can limit upward travel of the tremolo (a fully floating setup may require some routing of the spring cavity). We have the block in a choice of 3 depths to suit the thickness of your guitar.
