It Works fine and has been tested  with Braemar DL800  Firm 4.3.xx as well as Rozinn Rz153+  Cardionet DL800 etc maybe  more brands like Forest Trillium 5000 Norav DL800 Rozinn RZ153PM if in same  firmware revision.

It Won't work with Burdick Vision Holters  (tested)

With this card your holter will be capable to write a full 72h recording  and this option will be enabled in setting menu.

Not all CF cards cards (actually none...) work with these monitors as they use CUSTOM MADE industrial compact flash cards

Each CF cards comes in its one case brand new never used

Original Braemar CF card costs 100$

With these ones you can have spare CF cards to use without having first to analyze your previous patienr's data
