It's in pretty good shape.  Has some very minor scuffs/scratches, but nothing major (please see photos).  Overall it is in good cosmetic condition, with the film advance and shutter mechanisms appearing to work fine.  Both the viewfinder and lens have some dust, but no visible scratches, fungus, or haze.  Comes with 7.5" wrist strap.

I put it as "For Parts or not working" because I don't have any film to test it.  It more than likely works fine, but I'm selling it AS-IS.  Please look at the photos to determine condition for yourself.
