1. To prolong the service life of the kettle ，we suggest to use specialized kettle cleaner to clean the water stains and scale regularly.

2.The kettle will keep heating and the water will be boiling constantly for about 10 mins after the water is boiled. This design is for better sterilization. After about 10 mins, the kettle will switch to ‘Keep Warm' mode.
