DPD Shipping

Your purchase will be delivered to you via DPD Next Working Day Service to the address provided on your order.*

Please note that due to eBay Seller Protection Policies, we are unable to amend the delivery address on your order. In such cases, you can request that we cancel your order so that you can place it again using the correct address, or proceed with the order and make the necessary changes to your delivery preferences via the DPD app or their website.

Once dispatched, you may choose to change the date of delivery, deliver the parcel to a neighbour, or deliver to a DPD Pick Up Shop for later collection.

All parcel tracking information and delivery updates are available via the DPD website. Tracking numbers are uploaded to eBay before 5pm on the day of dispatch. If you have supplied a valid mobile number, you will also receive text notifications from DPD, including a 1 hour time-slot for delivery.

You can also download the DPD app to your phone, allowing you to track your parcel and message the driver directly re your delivery. Further details can also be found on the DPD website.

If you have selected a Click & Collect option at checkout and you do not receive your collection code, then please contact eBay directly as only eBay can provide this. They will also be able to contact the store on your behalf if required.

You will become the owner of goods you have ordered when they have been paid for and delivered to you.

Any dates quoted in our listings for delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of goods due to unforeseen weather conditions, bank holidays, peak trading times (e.g. Christmas), if your address information is incomplete or you are not at home when delivery is attempted.

If, however, we are unable to deliver your goods by the date quoted for delivery, you shall be entitled to cancel the order at any time before delivery takes place.

*If the address is inside one of the courier's "excluded" zones (i.e. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Isles of Scilly), then your order will be shipped via DPD Two Working Day Service. Returns


If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return the item(s) to us. Once received, and subject to inspection that the item has not been used, damaged, is in its original packaging and includes all parts/accessories, we will issue a refund for the amount paid in line with eBay returns policy.








Please inform us of your decision to return the item via eBay message and return the product within 30 days of purchase. We will send you a returns form via email. Filling in the returns form will help us process your refund promptly. Our returns address will be included on the returns form.





If the item has been used, damaged, is not in a resalable condition, has packaging or parts missing we reserve the right to return the item back to you or only offer a partial refund inline with eBay policy. 





We recommend using an insured delivery service for returning your parcel.

Warranty Information

MAKITA

All Makita items are covered under the standard 12 month warranty. This may be extended for an additional 2 years subject to the following conditions:

Makita Tools that are CE marked and (with the exceptions of Batteries, Battery Chargers, Accessories, Petrol Powered Products, Production Tools and Air Tools and Compressors) purchased on or after 1st July 2012.

The tool must be registered online with Makita within 30 days of purchase

Should the product develop any faults during the warranty period due to defective workmanship or materials, please visit the Makita website and complete the returns form which you'll find under the Service menu tab at the top of the page, then click Returns & follow the online instructions.

EVOLUTION

Evolution give you one less thing to worry about with a fantastic Warranty & Returns procedure, remember to register your product on the Evolution website.

For complete peace of mind all Evolution single circular saw blade machines and magnetic drills are covered with 3 years limited warranty.

All other Evolution power tools are covered with 2 years limited warranty.

Should your Evolution product develop any faults during the warranty period due to defective workmanship or materials, then please visit the Evolution website directly. Then under the Support tab click on In-Warranty Repairs & fill out the form with the required information. Alternatively, you may call Evolution to arrange this.

Evolution aim to have the item collected & repaired within 7 x working days.

DEWALT

* Register at MyDEWALT to claim your 3 year guarantee on all eligible products *

MyDEWALT users can extend the guarantee of their DEWALT tools to 3 years. Simply register at MyDEWALT, and follow the instructions to register your product and add it to your Tool Overview within 4 weeks of purchase.

Some products are excluded, DEWALT terms & conditions apply.

Warranty statement, proof of purchase & printed guarantee certificate will be required for any guarantee claims.

If your DEWALT product becomes defective within the warranty period due to faulty materials or workmanship, DEWALT may replace all defective parts, or at their discretion, replace the unit, free of charge.

DEWALT reserves the right to refuse any claim under this guarantee which in the opinion of the authorised repair agent is not in accordance with the stated DEWALT European Guarantee terms and conditions.

If you wish to make a claim, check the location of your nearest authorised DEWALT repair agent online or contact your DEWALT office at the address indicated in the instruction manual.

KARCHER

Alongside their stringent testing, Kärcher offer a manufacturing guarantee on their products. Details below:

The Kärcher product is covered under guarantee by Kärcher (UK) Limited to be free of defective parts and materials for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase (or as otherwise stated at point of sale) providing the product is used for normal domestic duties. (For full list of guarantee periods by product, please see domestic machine list below).

All guarantee periods commence on the date of purchase and are non-transferable.

The guarantee is limited to the provision of repairs, free of charge within the specified period providing the above conditions are met and the original proof of purchase is provided.

This guarantee applies to Home and Garden products (excluding accessories and detergents) used for domestic use only and shall not apply to any products used for commercial purposes.

METABO

Metabo provides warranty for a minimum of 1 year, commencing from the date on which the tool/machine is sold to the end user. The warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship only.

When making a claim under the warranty, the original proof of purchase bearing the date of purchase must be submitted. The repairs under warranty may only be carried out by Metabo's own service stations, or authorised Metabo warranty service agents.

If the machine is registered within 4 weeks, Metabo grants an extended warranty of 3 years, starting from the date of purchase of the machine by the end user/customer.

EINHELL

Register your new Einhell product within 30 days of purchase and benefit from the extended warranty. After registration the warranty for your Einhell product is extended by an additional year to a total of 3 years.

If covered under guarantee the return of your Einhell product is always free for you. Simply download, print, and return your claim form by post together with a copy of your proof of purchase. Einhell shall then inform you of all further steps of the returns process.
