    I always send via courier for heavier items, usually Hermes, or Royal mail signed for option. 
    Postage costs also include packaging materials and in some cases insurance.

    Most of my items are used/vintage and therefore will have usually have signs of wear associated with their condition and age. I try to be as honest as I can in the description by drawing to your attention anything that may have a detrimental effect on the item. I will always try to add photos of any significant marks or defects.  I am unable to refund on any item that just shows marks of normal use
    Please feel free to ask as many questions as you would like to make sure you are happy to bid.
    I do not offer refunds unless I have grossly misdescribed the item or that the sizes stated are more/less than 1 inch. I do not refund postage cost and restock fees. Thanks
    Please bare in mind computer monitors do differ from one to another, and so if you are looking for an exact colour match please think carefully and ask any questions before bidding, as I cannot give refunds if the colour is not as you expected on receiving them.
