UPS

For most orders, a tracking from UPS will be uploaded into both Paypal and eBay. Extra Charges are applied for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 24-48 hours after payment has cleared with Paypal or with whatever payment method utilized. Orders past 5 pm EST will be considered for the following business day.

The following map gives an APPROXIMATE shipping time. Shipping time can never be gauranteed.

LTL

For some wheel and tire packages along with wheels 24" and bigger, they will be shipped through a pallet or LTL carrier. Due to the weight and size of some orders, LTL is a better choice to ensure that we can keep safely deliver your order and also helps us to keep prices reasonable.

The chart can still be used but, in most cases, the delivery time will be extended by 1 or 2 days. A tracking or BOL# will be provided along with the name of the carrier and a way to contact and track your shipment.


WARRANTY & RETURNS



WARRANTY

Unless otherwise stated, all postings are BRAND NEW and NEVER been used.

For most items, they will have a manafacturer structural warranty against manufacturer defects. The definition of defect and the duration of the warranty period varies on product and manufacturer. The warranty covers replacement, monetary compensation, or possible refund. Each situation is evaluated on a case by case basis.

In order for an item to be considered for warranty, the defective item needs to be returned back to us first to be inspected before a replacement item can be sent or monetary compensation can be paid out. In some instances, if it can be provided by the customer through pictures or other means that they have, without a doubt, a defect, return postage will be paid out by Monterey Racing.

We do not warranty any damages or strctural failures due to missue, improper handling, poor road conditions, abuse, dorpped, borken, chipped, bent, punctured or physically damaged items. If any returned merchandise is found not be subjected to a warranty claim, the product will be returned the sender, without replacement, at the sender's expense.

 

STRETCHED TIRES 

Although we do offer to stretch tires for our wheel and tire packages, please be aware that stretching the tire goes against the suggested usage of the tire and wheel by the manufacturer and therefore, failure to the tire or damage done to the wheel while in use WILL NOT be covered under warranty.

 

RETURNS

Any warrant request must be done by submitting a warrant service request. After submitting said warranty request, we will review the request and issue an RMA#. Only products with a valid RMA# will be accepted. All other returns will be refused on arrival. When you ship your item, please use a shipping method that can be tracked, such as FedEx and/or UPS and provide the tracking number to us in writing. Buyer is repsonsible for all shipping costs, plus a 20% restocking fee. This will be applied to all returned orders. All items in the order must be returned in brand new, un-mounted (wheels only purchase), never installed on vehicle condition with original packaging. No cancellations or refunds/exchanges will be issued on special or custom built orders, custom painted, used items, 2/3 piece wheels or wheels that have been mounted (wheels only order).

For customers purchasing wheels only, once a tire is mounted on a wheel, you own it.

We do not take responsibility for fitment unless the buyer consults us about the fitment.

All items are subject to availability. Any shipping damage must be reported in writing within 24 hours of reciept. We do not take responsibility for shipping damages for returns. If the merchandise is damaged in transit to us, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
