Exceptional high end Kittinger eight-drawer credenza with bookcase top. Made of mahogany solids and veneers, with the drawer fronts being veneered with highly figured burled walnut. The bookcase's two lower shelves on either side are fixed, while the upper four are adjustable. The two top drawers are shallower than the lower six, and have working locks - we do not have the key but easy to acquire on. The hardware is solid brass. The drawers are made of solid oak and are dovetailed on all four corners. The finish on the mahogany portion of the piece is not red - it is a warm, reddish brown and fairly opaque. This pieces retails in the $18,000 range in today's market.

In exceptional condition. Everything is plum and straight, and sits levelly (some curvature in the photos is due to the camera lens). Some extremely minor wear on the lower skirt but this has been touched up. The credenza top is flawless - no issues. All of the drawers are clean and slide easily. Non-smoking, no-pet home.

Measurements: Overall height is 78". The base is 61.5" wide, 19.25" deep and 30" tall. The upper/bookcase portion is 48" tall, 11" deep and 61.5" wide. The area from the top of the base cabinet to the underside of the first drawer is appx. 13" high. The two central shelves have three adjustable positions. The drawers are all 6" deep, except for the top two, which are 4" deep.
