Jacket: Fully lined. 2 button front. 3 button sleeves. Satin Buttons. Satin notch lapels. Three exterior pockets, 2  with flaps(which are still sewn shut). It has 3 interior pockets: one on the right side and 2 (upper and lower) on the left one.
