We do recommend that you would backup your device on your computer at home or iCloud then do a wipe of all data from the device and send it to us for a faster and guaranteed protection on your warranty, then when you get your device back you can restore your device's data from your computer/icloud backup
Warranty: The screen comes with a LIFETIME Warranty against defect, in such case a replacement service on that device is free of charge under our warranty and so is the costs of mailing the device to us. its easy to determine if a phone was repaired at our station since we stamp our LCDs, just make sure that you do not attempt any repairs on your end or send it to another repair store since this will void your warranty with us at which case we would determine the outcome to the matter and if you would be financially responsible to repair costs and shipping and handling fees.
