Payment

Payment required with three days of the auction ending to secure purchase. We accept payment through PayPal or 

postal order and bank draft. For overseas customers, payment should be made through PayPal or bank draft in Sterling 

(bank account and all details will show after purchase).

Shipping

We always dispatch items as fast as we can!

Most orders are dispatched within 1 working day (usually same or next day). Delivery companies do not work on weekends, 

it means dispatch on a weekend is not possible. Delivery to European Union countries takes from 5 to 10 working days.

Delivery to non-European Union countries takes from 20 to 30 working days.

However, sometimes there may be a delay on delivery because of national day offs and especially on holidays.

If you didn`t get the item on time, do not wait for too long, contact us as soon as possible – we will do our best to help you.

We aim to dispatch all other orders within 2-3 working days of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday)

An express delivery option is available on selected items.

Returns

We will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the delivery date.

All returns must be pre-approved by eBay messaging system before you ship any item back to us.

All damaged items must be reported to us within 24hrs of delivery using the eBay messaging service with few photos of damage.

Items must be returned in new unused condition and contain all original materials (if included).

All returned items will be tested before refunds are given. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective.

Returns should be packed in outer shipping carton to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product.

Items returned in damaged condition will not be accepted.
