Shipping Information

We currently have a three working day dispatch time set to all orders, however we are often working much quicker than this and are dispatching orders within 1-3 working days.. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail 48. You upgrade to Royal Mail 24 for £1.00. Larger orders (in excess of 2 kg) may be sent via other courier.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at the time of order only. We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been place, this would invalidate your eBay Money Back Guarantee. If you wish to cancel your order, you must open a cancellaton request from your purchase history page.

Due to the current pandemic situation, no carriers are currently guaranteeing delivery timescales. We are finding that Royal Mail are experiencing significant delays in some areas, but post is still being delivered. You may receive some post find, but find others take longer to come - this is due to delays in different areas of the Royal Mail network. We would greatly appreciate it if you could wait longer than usual before reporting non-delivery, or opening a case against us.
