This retired Disneyland solid copper penny features Mickey Mouse standing and smiling with his arms crossed. It is pressed on a new 1966 pure solid copper penny for better quality and a longer lasting shine with no zinc streaking. When pressed on a post 1983 penny which is copper plated zinc, zinc cents can show "streaks" or silver smearing that shows through the copper plating. This coin was first on-stage October 27, 2006 and was taken off stage or retired March of 2012. Long gone & retired!!
