DATE PRINTED: 1835, dated on the print.

SIZE: The printed area is approximately 33 x 41 cm (13 x 16 inches), folded in cover 9.5 x 12.5 cm  (3.75 x 5 cm). Original colour on the map backed onto linen, folds into original green cloth rear cover, unfortunately the front cover is lost.

ARTIST/CARTOGRAPHER/ENGRAVER: Drawn and engraved by John and Charles Walker.  

PROVENANCE: Published in Walker's 'this British Atlas', first published c.1836‏.  This example being a first edition.

TYPE: Antique engraving printed on paper mounted on linen.

VERSO: There is nothing printed on the reverse side, which is blank.

CONDITION: Good; suitable for framing. Please check the scan for any blemishes prior to making your purchase. Virtually all antiquarian maps and prints are subject to some normal aging due to use and time which is not significant unless otherwise stated. I offer a no questions asked return policy.
