This is a small German pig figurine / bud vase. There is another, difficult to see, pig inside the outhouse / call office.

 It measures 4" tall. 

On its back it is marked within a circle: Made In Germany and below that, 2771. 

One of the chips is on its backside, near the numbers. The other is on the petal of the flower.
