THIS ITEM IS--a neat put together binder/scrap book of HALLOWEEN paper, looks to have been removed from various magazines and newspapers; towards the front i see a hand date of 10/2/1968. so i would think this mostly dates from the 60's and or early 70's. what fun.  maybe 70-80 pages or so.  enjoy.
