Vintage Hall China Art Deco Individual Single Serve Ivory Teapot Restaurant Ware Railroad, approx 5" tall to top of the lid handle. Bottom has #18 mark.  Early mark 1930s or before,  "HALL" impressed in large block letters, TV screen style back stamp & made in the USA  R   for (registered mark),  The lid is chipped around the edging all the way around as shown in photo #5.
