Art Deco chandelier

A stunning French 1925-1930 art deco chandelier in nickel plated pressed brass and solid bronze. The gorgeous mount holds five shades in clear frosted hand-blown glass. I do not know which lighting manufacturer made this chandelier. The metal parts show no foundry marks and I did not find this model represented in my large collection of old product catalogs. When I found the chandelier on a French market I was immediately seduced by its beautiful a-typical design. The chandelier is in good condition. I re-nickeled and patinated the mount. The shades are in thin hand-blown glass, Without cracks. On the last two pictures you can see the central bowl shows some darker areas. It is not dirty but in the glass itself. I rewired the chandelier with eight American candelabra base sockets suitable for the USA Canada and Japan. For European countries I will place E14 ones.

The chandelier has a height of 85,5 cm (33,7") and is 53 cm wide (20,87"). The central bowl measures 38,3 cm in diameter (15 inches).
