Matisse's Jazz Portfolio of 1947 is one of the finest and most famous examples of the master's work.  In 1983, publisher George Braziller teamed up with the Estate of Henri Matisse and the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) to create a special edition reproduction of Matisse's Jazz portfolio which included reproductions of the beautiful original pochoirs by Matisse that the 1947 portfolio included.

Up for sale here is a reproduction of one of those pochoirs.

Copy no. 43 of the original portfolio was used in the making of these MOMA reproductions.  These are the finest reproductions available, with bold and true colors, for this highly desired portfolio of Matisse.
