THANK YOU FOR LOOKING

Thanks for asking. I do like to explain this to customers. I usually get these questions about once every two months. Selling a wonderful piece of equipment is only 1/3 the process. 1/3 is making sure it is well tested and operating as advertised. The final 1/3 is getting what a customer paid to them safely. That is my best attribute. Because of my packing, which involves insurance as well, all have arrived A-ok.
Please take a brief look at my process.
PRE-SHIP-CHECK OUT PROCESS

After the purchase. Over the next few days. I will pre-ship-check -out your item. I will go through all aspects of mechanical testing to assure your item arrives there ready as promised -ready to play. I will be in touch through out these stages with pics and information. After I check out everything I will operate it for several hours and monitor the results. This document will be included in the packaging. I will fabricate a special protective surrounding for shipping.. This process has allowed me to keep a 100% record and very happy customers.

PACKAGING

I simulate the original packing material. I use a custom made three-layer double wall box. I put two inches of dense Styrofoam across the bottom. I cover the item in plastic wrap. I place it into the box on the two-inch bed. I put two or three inches around the perimeter of the item. Each piece is glued against the walls of the heavy-duty box. I then place a thick piece of packing on a flat top surface of the item. I glue a large sheet of cardboard on the top of the thick piece that is used to hold down the item. I then glue the box flaps to this surface and each other flap. Then off it goes. All have arrived safely. You will have a bit of time unpacking but it will arrive safe.
