We will contact you after the order is placed and paid for using the email from your payment regarding your artwork.

Files we accept for best printing JPEG, JPG, PDF, and PSD  please send high resolution images

WE WILL ONLY PRINT WHAT YOU HAVE SENT US SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ARTWORK IS PRINT READY AND THE CORRECT SIZE AND HIGH RESOLUTION

 DO NOT send images from the internet (FACEBOOK OR SOCIAL MEDIA) they are generally low resolution and will not look good enlarged for printing.

Printing can be portrait or landscape we will print the image in the format supplied to us unless you instruct otherwise.

Please remember we can not guarantee a perfect colour match as to screen calibration being different for most computers and we can not guarantee files sent in RGB format will be the same as when printed in CMYK the colours may look slightly diffferent than what you see on a computer screen.

MOST POSTERS ARE PRINTED THE SAME DAY THE ORDER IS PLACED AND POSTED THE NEXT WORKING DAY DEPENDING ON TIME AND ARTWORK ANY DELAYS OR ISSUES WITH THE ARTWORK WILL RESULT IN DELAYS FOR PRINTING AND POSTAGE

All posters and artwork will be removed and deleted from our system after the order has been printed, we will post to the address provided on Ebay delivery note unless told otherwise.

 Artwork should be copyright free and you have the rights to reproduce any artwork, we will not be held responsible for any reason or any copyright complaints

Other sizes are posted rolled up and placed in poster tubes for protection

2-3 Days after payment and artwork approval posted Royal mail FREE P&P 2nd Class Royal Mail 2-3 days

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For) Extra cost

Economy Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For) Extra cost

Need them quick then you should choose a fast delivery option or contact us, we will notify you once the items have been posted we can not be held responsible for any delays after they have left our premises.

We will leave feedback for customers who have used our services. Please do not leave negative feedback if you have an issue that can be sorted out. If you do have an issue please contact us before leaving feedback

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept PayPal payment on all our orders only

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned to us unused and in the original packaging. Postage fees are at the buyers expense. Due to the nature of our products being personally designed by the customer then a return will not always mean that a refund will be given. Refunds can only be given if there is a fault with the item. We always require customers to proofread and check all files before giving the go ahead to print the order. We can not be held responsible for any spelling mistakes or image quality issues after the order has been printed and dispatched and buyers should note any errors of this nature are not covered by this policy. In order for us to consider a refund we might ask for images of the defect or the buyer to send the items back to us at the buyers expense for postage. All our products are inspected before they are loaded on to the delivery truck or van
