We do machine aluminum housing and remove metal from inside so this bigger wheel would fit.
To get any benefits you need to chiptune your car.
Can't give any advice about the exact increase in power as it depends on each car and on different upgrades in the engine.
The small turbo for this engine shouldn't be increased to much in size so you would not loose boost on low RPMs.
But the billet wheel still gives advantage as it is lighter and has a bigger surface area.
