Please note that we sell both new and
used items that we acquire through various avenues, such as estate sales,
auctions, and sometimes even thrift stores. Therefore, many of the previously
owned items may show signs of wear, age, and/or use. We maintain a smoke-free
environment and do our best to disclose any odors we detect within the item
description (such as smoke or must). We strive to include ample photos of all
imperfections and wear, while providing detailed descriptions that depict the
true character of the item. We ask that you please examine all photos closely
to ensure proper knowledge and understanding of the items condition and/or
quality prior to committing to purchase. We will gladly answer any
questions you may have, in a timely manner, to help you determine if the
item up for bid/sale is the right fit for your needs.

Shipping:
All items ship from Ohio unless otherwise noted. We
ship daily (sometimes even multiple times per day when time allows). All orders
received (and paid) prior to 1:00 pm EST, Monday thru Friday, will be shipped
the same business day. We ship most Saturdays, if our schedule allows us
to do so. We exercise extreme care when packaging all items for shipment. All
fragile or delicate items will be wrapped securely w/bubble wrap or other
appropriate packaging materials. Therefore, the shipping cost of some items
many also reflect a minimal shipping & handling fee to help offset the
cost of these supplies and the additional time it takes to package
them properly.
Smaller, lightweight, non fragile items, or items of
lesser value that meet the weight requirements, will generally be shipped USPS
first class mail. However, anything vintage, antique, fragile, delicate, heavy,
or of greater value will be shipped USPS priority mail using the most cost
efficient packaging type for the specified item. Where applicable, we also
add additional insurance to all packages valued over $100 to ensure
that it is insured to the full package value. (This cost may or may not be
reflected in the cost of shipping. If it is not, we will cover this cost
as there will never be any surprise or hidden fees to you, the buyer. )
This standard applies to all items shipped, regardless of
whether the buyer or seller is responsible for the shipping costs associated
with the purchase. Sometimes items are best suited to be shipped using another
carrier, such as FedEx. This will typically be reflected as the primary shipping
option in the listing. On the other hand, there may be times in
which we find that another carrier is able to deliver your item to you more
quickly than the specified carrier, so we may opt to use that carrier instead,
as we strive to ensure that you have your purchase as quickly as possible.
(Please note that we will never change carriers without your knowledge if it
will cause you to receive your package later than promised) Please let us
know if you have any specific shipping requests, prior to completing the
transaction, as we often ship items within minutes of receiving cleared
payment.
Payments:
No items will be shipped without confirmation of
cleared payment.
Payment is required on all auctions within three days of
auction end, or we will relist the item. However, we understand that circumstances
arise, and often additional time may be needed, so we kindly ask that you reach
out to us directly to make payment arrangements BEFORE the
end of the three day window. We will send out a one time payment
reminder within the first 48 hours.
Please note: If we do not
receive any form of communication from you and payment is not received within
the specified time frame, we will assume that you have no intentions of paying
and an unpaid item case may be opened through ebay.
Return Policy:
Most items are eligible for return within 30 days unless
otherwise specified. Clothing sold as NWT must be returned in the same
condition as it was received. Clothing returns will not be accepted on new
clothing if the tags are removed by the buyer. New merchandise (non
clothing) must be in the original packaging and the packaging must be in
sellable condition.
Your account will be credited once we receive the item
back, unless other arrangements have been made. We do not charge a restocking
fee, unless otherwise specified.
All priority items are insured for shipping damage. In the
unlikely event that items are damaged during shipment, we ask that you
please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Failure to
notify us within the first 48 hours of delivery may result in the denial of
your request. Please include photos of the shipping box/envelope (whether
damaged or not) along with photos of the damaged item with
your correspondence. Please retain these items until we process your
request and provide you with further instructions.
When determining item condition, we always ask that you
examine all of our photos closely, rather than just reading our written item
description. Doing so provides you with the visual knowledge of the items
condition/quality to aid in your bid placing decision. The written condition
description that we provide is based solely on our observations and the
opinions that we form, based on our knowledge and research of the item in
question. Returns will not be accepted for item "condition" if
we have clearly shown the flaw, wear, damage, blemish, defect, stains, etc. in
our photos. In addition, please allow for some discrepancies in color, as
variances in lighting or angle often prevent the camera from capturing the
items exact color. Not to mention, even if the camera produces an image in
which the coloring appears to be exactly as it should, all monitors
display colors differently, creating yet another problem. So, while we do our
best to take our photos in the best lighting possible, even moving outdoors
when the lighting is just right, we still ask that you forgive slight color
discrepancies, for the above mentioned reasons.
We do our best to describe all items as accurately as
possible and include photos of any flaws or imperfections. However, we are
human and unfortunately mistakes can happen. So, we always ask that you also
read all written descriptions in detail to allow you to compare your visual
knowledge with anything else we may share so that you can make the most
informed decision about your purchase. Don't forget to ask any questions prior
to purchase if you have any uncertainties about the item that cannot be
addressed by examining our photos or reading the description provided.
Returns will not be accepted on clothing that doesn't fit
based on the size displayed on the tag, if we provide measurements in our
photos (photos of the item with a measuring device). So, although it's a hassle
to measure a similar item of your own to compare to that being sold to ensure
it will fit properly prior to ordering it, consider the hassle it creates
for sellers, who have already provided measurements of the item for sale, to
have to process a return. Trust me, we don't mind doing returns, if and when
they are necessary. As sellers it is our goal to avoid them. Avoiding the need
for returns makes buyers happy. Happy buyers make sellers happy.
Select seasonal items, such as costumes, formal wear,
party dresses, luau items, Hawaiian shirts, ugly Christmas sweaters,
Christmas Ornaments, Swimsuits, Pinatas, and other items intended for one
time use are not eligible for return. Most holiday items are not eligible for
return. Those that are otherwise return eligible will not be eligible for
return after the holiday if purchased prior to the holiday. Some items that are
NWT be eligible for return, unless otherwise stated in the listing. These items
are to be returned in the original packaging, with tags, etc., and must be in
sellable (NWT) condition. We reserve the right to work with the buyer, on a
case by case basis, in the event that a return is requested on
an item that is not eligible to be returned, as it is our goal to provide
you with a stellar shopping experience. Please note: While we are willing to
consider all return requests, even on items listed as "no returns",
we do not guarantee that we will approve all requests. If your request is
approved, you may only receive a partial refund and you may be responsible for
return shipping.
