These Christmas light are brand new!! Packages are sealed! They don't have a name brand on them and why are they in a package and not a box is beyond me! I got them like that! But they work beautifully! Now when you purchase some or 1 you will get them in the sealed package, not the one i had opened to show you how they look. Also i will test the lights to make sure they work b4 i ship them out to you. So what i am going to do is open a small hole where the plug is at and test the lights, then i will tape up that spot where i opened it. I just don't want someone to freak out and say, "You stated they are sealed!" I have to test them somehow. Also they do come with 2 flashing bulbs, 2 clear light replacement bulbs and 2 fuses. These will also be great for anytime of the year! These are perfect for you folks who go all out for Christmas!

to see the actual item you want to buy. If I am able to open the item then I
will but if it sealed it stays sealed. I do the best I can with the pictures
through the packages.
