Payment:

Payment is via Paypal within 2 days of purchase (unless by prior arrangement). After that date, an unpaid item case will be opened with eBay.

Cash on collection is also accepted (via arrangement).

Shipping:

We normally ship within 2 days (business working days) of receiving your payment. If there are any delays, we will contact you via e-mail.

Please include a contact number with your address in case the courier needs to contact you.

International orders below 2kg are normally delivered by standard Royal Mail Airmail services. If you specifically require signed for / tracked services and these are not listed, please contact us.

All items have a minimum 30 day warranty for non-fault returns i.e. unwanted, incorrect item etc. In these cases the cost of return is the responsibility of the buyer unless the reason is proved to be our fault (incorrect description etc).

Please note, the item must be returned unused in its original packaging and with all accessories (where applicable).

Each item also has a warranty term for faults, from a minimum 30 days upwards. This term is listed in the item's description. Again, return postage is the buyer’s responsibility but, when the item has been tested faulty your return postage cost will be refunded at face value.
