•       Once an order isshipped, we will email you a tracking number.

•       If any shipment is returned due to an error in theshipping address provided to us or due to package not being claimed by thereceiver, we will deduct shipping fee from the purchase price prior to issuingthe refund.

      We stand behind everyproduct we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy tomake an exchange or a refund of the product price less S&H within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.

•       For any exchange or refund,we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and theproduct must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code,packaging, and all accessories.
•       All returns should beaccompanied with a tracking or delivery confirmation number back to ourwarehouse.
•      Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
•       Due to healthprecautions, we cannot accept returns on Skincare and Hair care products.
