CondaCam3.1-LT is a standard version of the Condacamsoftware.

Condacam3.1-LT is an inexpensive 2D/3D-Cam and offers 15 machining strategies including
HSC/HTP-pocketing, drilling, thread-milling, 2.5D-milling and 3D-milling + 3D-simulation with virtual material removal.
For the generation of toolpaths CondaCam
makes use of a proceeding how it is solely applicable at high quality Camsoftware. This quality is a guarantor for highest presicion and form accuracy
of the generated toolpaths.

3D-Roughing
The 3D-Rough machining serves for the difference material removal between raw part shape and model (or workpiece).
The rough machining can be made with the help of any shaped 3D-raw parts.
Via extruding /sweepig of 2D-contours raw parts can be generated with any desired shape.

3 efficient roughing strategies are available for the different machining requirements that ensure possibilies for optimization
in respect of chip removal,
engine kinematics and component quality (e.g thin walled components).

Machining of partial areas

The targeted processing of partial areas is possible by bounded contours of any desired shape (within the rough machining).
Bounded contours can be added both via DTX-drawing and selected in the 3D/2D-drawing or be created with the drawing functions "polyline", "lines",
"circles","circular arc","rectangle".

    
2.5-milling

The 2.5-machining offers the possibility to create complex workpieces. The funtions "HSC/HPC-pocketing",
"Plane milling", "Profing", "Pocketing", "Contour milling", "Bore-Milling", "Thread-milling", "Create text" make effective tools available for the 2.5D-machining.

Entry -and exit strategies like "ramp", "helix" and "circular" enable a tool-friendly machining and high-quality surface.
By the integreted collision control Condacam is able to check the entry- and exit movements for collision and, if required, deviate to an optional entry- and exit movement automatically.   

DTX-drawings or 2D IGES-drawings can be used as data base for the creation of the 2.5-machining. 3D-boundary curves of solid bodies can also be
added to the 2.5-toolpath generation by "select" or "extract edges".

A special collision control within the 2.5D-processing allows the minimization of the retraction height. Also a (strategy overlapping) combination of 3D- and 2.5D-machinings
is readily possible through the inclusion of 3D-models in the
collision control. Furthermore stopping points
can be used in the 2.5D-profiling.


Nesting

The nesting feature is well-suited for a space saving positioning of contour elements onto panel raw material. In general this funcion comes into use
for the preparation of 2D-drawings for a subsequent "Cut"-machining. At present the profiling or also the strategie Zero-contour engraving
is suitable as "Cut"-machining. With CondaCam you have the option to nest diverse parts into the raw panels as optimal as possible.  
Raw parts of any desired shape can be consulted for the nesting of contour elements.


Drilling

    
CondaCam automatically sorts the sequence of drilling procressings by a default pattern. The machining can be made as simple
drilling/roughing, drilling with chip breaking or as deep (hole) drilling.  
    
    
2D CAD

The construction features of CondaCam are consistently applicable with the support of object snap. This ensures the dimensional accurate constructing
directly in the view window. 
 

Measurement inputs ensue parallel by the keyboard (no disturbing pop ups of input windows). All common 2D-construction
functions are supported (e.g "line", "polylines","cirles", "Circular arc", "tangent", "rounding", "trimming", "stretch", "reflect",
"copy", "shift", "surface contour", "text" and so on ...)
  
    
3D-CNC-Simulation

 
Using the seamlessly integrated 3D-realtime simulation the created CNC-programs are simulated realistically
on the virtual workpiece with the material removal.

The CNC-programs are processed by the simulation according to the Heidenhain standard, DIN/ISO (DIN 66025 or G-Code) as well as Isel (NPC).
 
The CNC-programs are checked for collision. An insufficient high material removal, collisions during the process with rapid feed
and also exceedances of tool contact lenght are
displayed as collisions faults.
