RMS Titanic Thomas Rowan Morrow Enamel Pin Badge.


Commissioned by Drumlough Heroes LOL 153 in Memory of their Late Brother Thomas Morrow who was the past Worshipful Master of the Drumlough Orange Lodge and sadly died on the Titanic, 15th April 1912.

Thomas Rowan Morrow was born outside Rathfriland in the townland of Drumlough in County Down, Northern Ireland. 
Thomas was born on 17th April 1880 and baptised in Rathriland First Presbyterian Church on 15th July 1880.

He left his Drumlough home outside Rathfriland for a journey which many others just like him believed would be a new life His destination Canada to meet his brother who had left home 3 years before & was working in Alberta as a ranch hand. 

Sadly Thomas never reached it to the other side of the Atlantic. 
In Queenstown, County Cork, Ireland he boarded the ship as a 3rd Class Passenger.
RMS Titanic struck an iceberg on 14th April 1912 sinking in the early hours of 15th April.

This is a collectors item for all those Titanic enthusiasts or those involved or with an interest in The Orange Order.
