OZ Audio HR-4 rack mounted headphone amplifier. This is a very useful headphone amp.
Missing one knob cap, but this doesn't effect the operation at all, and you can source a replacement pretty easily.
This HR-4 is built way better than anything else near this price, and sounds great.

Can supply 8 pairs of headphones 4 discrete mixes simultaneously across 4 amplifiers, or can distribute the same mix to all headphone amplifiers.
