Whitetail Institute Imperial Alfa Rack Plus is composed of a blend of grazing alfalfas which are high in protein and drought and cold tolerant. It is also a perennial food plot that Whitetail Institute's research and design team designed to produce an extensive deep-root structure that helps plants thrive on hilltops and hillsides. Grazing alfalfas also have more leaf relative to stem and are more palatable to deer than the ordinary hay alfalfas. Alfa-Rack also includes exclusive WINA-100 perennial forage chicory (which is vastly more tender and palatable to deer than traditional, waxier textured chicory.
