Please note this listing is only for the clear bubble balloons, no confetti or feathers are included. This balloon can be filled by air or helium but please note that for the 36" size need a lot quantity of helium.
Bubble Balloon Guidance:
- Please follow the following instructions to get the exact size; first of all stretch the balloon before inflating then full up the air with a pump till it comes to 18/24/36" size and become complete clear. The deflated size is very small and inflated diameter will be 34cm (18"), 45cm (24"), and 70-80cm (36")

HEALTH AND SAFETY: - Do NOT deliberately inhale Helium. It is an asphixiate and can cause suffocation and even death..
- CHOKING HAZARD: Adult supervision required. Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on un-inflated or broken balloons. Please keep away un-inflated balloons from children and discard broken balloons immediately. Children may attempt to chew pieces of latex or even stretch them over their mouths to blow bubbles. There is a danger of the latex being drawn into the mouth and subsequently blocking airways.
- Care should be taken of balloons near eyes. When inflating balloons, eye protection is recommended. Do not inflate balloon by mouth. ALWAYS USE A BALLOON PUMP.
