♡♡♡ Wall Decorative Stickers ♡♡♡ If the colour of your preference is not listed in the colour drop down menu please opt for I'LL CHOOSE FROM THE PALETTE option and proceed to payment. You can either leave a note about your colour choice in the payment screen or please let us know via email after purchase. If we have no colour instructions within 2 hours your order will be processed with our default colour, usually as in the first gallery picture. SAMPLES Please make sure you message us with your chosen colour or colours for your samples Choose up to 3 colours. If we are not notified of the colours within few hours of placing your order, it will be cancelled. Samples are pieces of actual vinyl in your chosen colour to help you make the right colour choice for the design you wish to buy. These are small, usually few centimetres square pieces. Shapes can be random off cuts or other small designs like butterflies. Please make sure you read the description and leave us instructions. If unsure of anything please do get in touch.
Combined Postage discount: UK customers receive Free P&P for each additional item Usually we despatch orders received by 1:00pm the same day, Monday to Friday.
Orders received after 1:00pm on Friday or over the weekend are despatched the following Monday.
Orders are despatched by Recorded Courier with a normal delivery time of 1 - 3 working days.
Standard delivery to the UK is included in the price.
If you are in a real hurry, we can send by Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed delivery for an extra fee.
With this service, delivery is guaranteed by 1:00pm the following working day (not including Saturdays).
Please note that the usual exclusions for public holidays apply to the above.

Note we ship directly from PayPal. It is your responsibility to make sure that the shipping address used with PayPal has been updated after a move. If you are requesting an item to an address other than the shipping address PayPal has on file, this address must be added as a note in PayPal message to seller.
Payment
Returns are accepted. Items must be returned within 14 working days after the day you receive the item. Must be unused, and in their original as new condition. Refunds are given only when goods are received back to us. Postage/insurance costs to return the items are the responsibility of Buyer/Purchaser. | ||||||||||||

We offer FREE shipping on all orders! Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 1st Class) or 2-4 days if you selected free Hermes delivery.. In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
